  • The only COMPLETE Handlebar Kits with MATCHING braided cables and brake lines that include Magnum VIKING Handlebars.
  • Magnum’s patented Viking handlebars internal design guarantees easy installations of complete wiring harnesses. Without taking away from the clean look of the peak, the novel design creates enough room to allow the complete wiring harness with factory vinyl covering and terminal connections, along with their respective shrink sleeve to easily pass through without chaffing.
  • Using a unique flaring process, the burr free internal radius creates a generous pocket of additional clearance within the troublesome peak of the handlebar. To make wiring installations even easier, Magnum preloads the bars with E-Z pull-thru plastic woven sleeving. Insert the wiring harness into the sleeving and pull through, it’s that simple!
  • Aggressive looking VIKING handlebars are manufactured with the highest quality construction, work with standard controls, including hydraulic clutch, and feature high luster chrome or gloss black finishes for an unsurpassed appearance.
  • Each 1 ¼” diameter handlebar is CNC mandrel bent for an accurate fit, incorporates wrist angles engineered for riding comfort, have 1” diameter center sections, 3 ½” on-center knurling, and feature machined control mounts (not swaged) plus burr free internal wiring holes and electronic throttle control slots.
  • VIKING Handlebar Kits are available in Bagger or Ape Hanger styles for select ABS and non-ABS Harley-Davidson® motorcycles with 10”, 12”, 14” and 16” height options.
  • Kits include: Magnum VIKING Handlebars, throttle and idle cables or throttle-by-wire extensions, clutch cable or hydraulic clutch line, brake lines, copper crush washers, hardware, and any necessary switch or turn signal extensions.
  • Cables and brake lines feature STERLING CHROMITE®  or BLACK PEARL braid with highly polished chrome or black chrome plated fittings
  • All cables are a low effort, high efficiency design that meets or exceeds all OE specifications for fitment, construction, endurance.
  • Kits for dual disc models include a brazed manifold that eliminates leaks, alignment problems, and unattractive threaded connections.
  • Brake lines are compliant with all DOT FMVSS-106 Specifications.

    Note: Except for Touring models, cable & brake line lengths are based on using 2” risers.  Handlebar specifications can be viewed HERE.
    Note: 10” kits do not include wiring extension as the stock wiring should work for most applications.
    Note: Viking Handlebars have a 1” diameter center section and fit 1” risers.  Models originally equipped with handlebars that have a center section diameter larger than 1” will require changing the risers to a 1” ID version.  Examples would be, but not limited to FLSTF, FLSTFB and CVO models.  Please check before ordering.
