The novel design creates enough room to allow the factory vinyl covered wiring harness and terminal connections, along with their respective shrink sleeve to easily pass through the point without chaffing.
• Using a unique flaring process, the burr free internal radius creates additional clearance within the troublesome peak of the handlebar.
• Bars are preloaded with E-Z pull-thru plastic woven sleeving making wiring installations  easy.
• Aggressive looking VIKING Handlebars are manufactured with the highest quality construction, work with standard controls, including hydraulic clutch, and feature high luster chrome or gloss black finishes for an unsurpassed appearance.
• Each 1¼” handlebar is CNC mandrel bent for an accurate fit, incorporates comfortable wrist angles, have 1” diameter center sections, 3½” on-center knurling, machined control mounts (not swaged) plus burr free wiring holes and electronic throttle control slots.
• Kits include: Viking handlebars, throttle and idle cables or terminated throttle-by-wire extensions, clutch cable or hydraulic clutch line, DOT brake lines, copper crush washers, hardware and any needed fully terminated switch or turn signal extensions.
• Cables and DOT brake lines feature STERLING CHROMITE ^®or BLACK PEARL braid with highly polished chrome or black chrome fittings.
• Braid and hydraulic clutch lines feature Aramid Fiber reinforcement to provide the ultimate in high performance by reducing line expansion.

Note: Viking Handlebars have a 1” diameter center section. Models equipped with handlebars that have a center section diameter larger than 1” will require changing the risers to a 1” ID version.
